Soltech Takbyrn and Soltech Energy Solutions on a roof and solar cell project with an order value of SEK 13.6 million

Solar energy company Soltech Energy Solutions assists large landowners, property owners and logistics operators with large-scale solar energy solutions and solar cell financing solutions. Together with sister company Takbyrån, they will assist Logistic Contractor in the development of a logistics property in Borås where Hemtex will then work.

– We are proud to help the logistics contractor with a large roofing contract. This is a large-scale logistics facility business, and we are looking forward to getting started. It is also nice that our sister company then installs the solar energy on the newly laid roof and thus offers a common overall solution, says Tobias Udén, CEO of Takbyrån.

Focus on sustainable logistics properties
Since 2004, Logistic Contractor has been working on the development and construction of logistics and industrial buildings in the Nordic region. The company is part of the Wästbygg Group, which decided in 2017 that the entire operation should be fossil-free by 2030 in the areas of electricity, heating, transport and waste. This means that Logistic Contractor focuses on certified green construction and green options, such as solar power installations.

– In these times, energy and environmental issues are important topics and solar energy is one of our most important sustainable energy sources. Therefore, this collaboration is valuable for us to provide modern solar cell technology to our customers. It is an important part of our offer to continue to be a leader in the development and construction of sustainable logistics and industrial facilities, says Cristina Frigioi, project manager at Logistic Contractor.
