NAI DiLeo-Bram Eases Kenilworth Flooring Contractor Move

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. said he represented Centron Enterprises LLC in its purchase of 130 Market St. in Kenilworth, a 7,000 square foot industrial building.

The NAI DiLeo-Bram team of Vice President Rich Goski and Associate Vice President Catherine Goski facilitated the transaction with the buyer, the Alban Groupwho was represented by Tom Bianco of Banker of Coldwell.

“Our client was outgrowing their existing location in Kenilworth and were looking for a nearby facility with a large office. This requirement was quite difficult to meet, given the limited supply in the industrial sector; however, we were able to find an ideal property that included high-end office space, which worked very well for our client,” said Catherine Goski.

“We are delighted to have found this property for our client just half a mile from their previous location, allowing for seamless relocation,” said Rich Goski. “With several bidders, our market expertise came into play when we advised our client to make a competitive offer without overpaying for the property. Their successful offer ensured an excellent value-added transaction, as the industrial properties continue to trade at unprecedented rates.

With convenient access to the Garden State Parkway and Route 22, 130 Market St. offers an excellent ratio of office space to warehouse space. Additional property features include parking for 20 cars and excellent visibility on a busy thoroughfare.
