H&S Real Estate launches Rs11b project in Lahore
KARACHI: H&S Real Estate, a Dubai-based real estate investment company, has launched Autograph for 11 billion rupees ($70 million), a high-tech residential project in Lahore, a statement said on Monday.
The company also announced its plans for a series of real estate investments in major cities, with Pakistan currently offering incentives to new foreign businesses and the construction industry.

Autograph, a ground floor + 27-storey tower, spans over 800,000 square feet, located at Maple Drive, near Block M, DHA Phase 5, Lahore, and will house five types of luxury apartments .
The project consists of 367 ultra-luxury units, four basements and mezzanines. Floors 18 and 19 are reserved for duplexes, floors 20 and 21 for triplex apartments. The promoter is targeting early delivery of the project, with delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
