Bridge Industrial Names Jonathan Pozerycki as Chicago Area Partner

Bridge Industrial (“Bridge”), the privately held, vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Pozerycki as a Chicago Area Partner. Effective immediately, Pozerycki will lead and oversee Bridge’s acquisition, leasing, development and construction activities throughout the Chicagoland area.
Pozerycki will relocate to Chicago from New Jersey, where he was vice president of investments, playing a lead role in strengthening and expanding Bridge’s development, acquisition and disposition pipelines throughout the Northeast . He will phase out his New Jersey projects over the next four months while moving to the Chicago market in place of Nick Siegel, who was recently promoted to associate, acquisitions.

After joining Bridge’s Chicago office in 2015 as an analyst, Pozerycki eventually moved to the New Jersey market in 2017, where he served as vice president and associate market officer. Throughout his time at Bridge, Pozerycki was involved and assisted in the development and acquisition of transactions totaling over 15.4 million square feet in New Jersey and the Northeast, valued at over 3, $3 billion.
