(EXPI), the holding company of eXp Realty®Virbela and SUCCESS® Enterprises, today announced the pending acquisition of Zoocasa Realty Inc. and its key property, Zoocasa.com, to enhance opportunities for online lead generation, home search and listing portals. eXp Realty for our agents and brokers. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals and is expected to close in July 2022.
Zoocasa is an award-winning real estate search and brokerage portal based in Toronto, Canada. Zoocasa offers a smart, scalable, all-in-one listings platform that provides a seamless home search experience, in-depth market insights, and connection to local real estate experts.
